PARTNER YOGA

Two things that help you live longer, happier and healthier lives are: connecting with others and having fun! Oxygen Fitness will give you that opportunity by offering a Partner Yoga class led by Bethany Smith. Partner yoga invites openness, communication and trust as we move throughout the different postures allowing both “partners” to assist one another. So grab a spouse, friend, child, parent, anybody for this playful, relational class.
