Michael grew up in Evans, Ga and now lives in Summerville. Competing in sports from an early age, he developed a passion for improving human performance. Michael Majored in Exercise Science and Kinesiology with a Minor in Nutrition at Georgia Southern University. Since and he is currently obtaining his doctorate in Physical Therapy at Augusta University. Mike started as an ACE certified Personal Trainer in 2013 and has become a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist and an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist.
