Disconnect

Classes at Oxygen are your chance to disconnect from outside worries and distractions. Please silence your phone and leave it in your locker during class. Texting during class distracts you, the instructor, and the clients around you.

Claim Your Spot

Reservations are recommended for all classes. You can reserve through the Oxygen Fit Studio app or online until 30 minutes before class.

To attend within 30 minutes of the class start time, call us at (706) 364-7746 or stop by the studio. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but reservations are recommended.

How the Waitlist Works

If a class is full, join the waitlist.

When a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will receive a text or email and will have 30 minutes to claim it.

If the spot remains available 30 minutes before class, everyone on the waitlist will be notified. The first person to claim the spot will receive the reservation.

Arrive Early

Please arrive early enough to check in and set up before class begins. New clients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early.

Get a Grip

Grip socks are required for all Barre, Pilates, and Well Workout classes. Bring your own or purchase a pair at Oxygen.

Please Don’t Stand Us Up

All classes must be canceled at least eight hours before the scheduled class time.

Cancellations made within eight hours will result in a $15 late cancellation fee, charged to the credit card on file or deducted from the client’s class package.

Clients who do not attend class or fail to check in with the front desk will be charged a $20 no-show fee.

These fees are automatically applied and cannot be waived or overridden.

We appreciate a heads-up when you cannot attend, even when it is inside the cancellation window. However, notifying the studio does not remove the applicable fee.

Credit Card Processing Fee

A 4.25% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Clients may switch to ACH payments to avoid this fee.

All Sales Are Final

Class packages and memberships are final sale. Merchandise may not be returned after 30 days.
