Millie Klosinski has lived in Augusta her entire life. She has been a certified fitness instructor for 23 years and has taught a lot of different types of classes: high-impact and low impact aerobics, step, strength training, kickboxing, spin, Zumba and Barre. Millie says the best compliment that she ever had about one of her classes was when a student told her that even her face was sore - because she had smiled so much while working out! Millie says that she especially loves being a small part of the fitness accomplishments that our Barre students have experienced. She says that seeing the changes in strength, endurance, tone and flexibility has been inspirational!
