Rich Iannacone

Originally from Queens, NY, Richard Iannacone has spent most of his life involved in athletics and fitness. In high school he played football, and during his time in the U.S. Army he played for the Army Basketball Team while stationed in Japan. While serving, Rich also became a Physical Training (PT) Instructor, where he began leading boot camp–style workouts, a training style he still loves incorporating into his group fitness classes today.

Rich is the owner of Oxygen Fitness and brings decades of hands-on experience to the studio. He is certified through AFAA as a Personal Trainer and has additional training in TRX, Spin, and Group Fitness. He is also a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 2 Certified professional, specializing in golf performance and mobility.

Outside of the studio, Rich is a registered nurse and co-owns a nurse staffing agency with his wife, Amy. His medical background brings an added level of knowledge to his coaching, helping clients train safely while still pushing toward their full potential.

His approach to fitness is simple: work hard, move well, and stay consistent.
