Originally from Queens, NY, Richard Iannacone has been involved with fitness his entire life. In high school he played football and during his time in the military he played for the Army Basketball Team in Japan. Rich also became a PT instructor while he was in the Army, this is when he really got to experience instructing boot camps-- which he really enjoys incorporating in all of his group fitness classes. Rich has been trained in TRX, Spin, and Group Fitness and is a AFAA certified Personal Trainer. When Rich isn't Personal Training or instructing classes he is at his day job as a nurse. Rich's nursing background really insures that all of his clients not only get the best workout but the safest as well!
