IT'S CHALLENGE TIME
^^ Hopefully that was your response when you read there's a new challenge coming your way at Oxygen
The Oxygen Spring Challenge is here to encourage you to expand your horizons and try new things, meaning we want you to take classes you don't always take. Cross-training has proven to be one of the most effective ways to improve your health and fitness so we think you're going to enjoy this challenge.
Here are all the deets...
Challenge starts April 16, 2018
- Attend 45 Classes in 9 Weeks
*At least three different types of classes per week
- We'll count a tally towards the challenge for every two friends you bring to Oxygen (working out with friends is wayyy more fun)
- You can also earn an additional tally whenever you share & tag one of Oxygen's posts or about Oxygen on social media (up to 5 additional tallies doing this)
*Class Types --
Barre: Barre, Barre Express, & Barre + Yoga
Yoga: Hot Yoga, Power Hour, Yin Yasa, & Barre + Yoga
Spin: Spin, Spin30, & Ripped Ride
HIIT: OxyBlast, OxyBlast Express, OxyHIIT, & ShockWave
** Personal Training Sessions can be applied towards any class type
