We’re starting a new challenge TODAY August 20th through September 30th… this time we’re doing something a little different by playing a little game of BINGO! This isn’t just any other game of bingo, you’ll have to complete small challenges to check off each box (and an instructor or someone from the front desk will need to initial it). You can pick up your Oxygen Bingo cards at the front desk!
This year we’ve created the 2019 New Year Challenge that allows you to pick attainable goals and hopefully set you up for an exciting and healthy new year!

To most of Augusta, the Masters Tournament is a rite of spring. A season that signals warmer weather, longer days, trips to the farmers market, and the often dreaded “Pre-Masters cleaning”. As much as the Masters Tournament coerces you to a detailed spring clean, having a clean, freshly organized house is a delightful end-result.
The Oxygen Spring Challenge is here to encourage you to expand your horizons and try new things, meaning we want you to take classes you don't always take. Cross-training has proven to be one of the most effective ways to improve your health and fitness so we think you're going to enjoy this challenge.
